The applicant will be measured on a defined business target based primarily on a Gross Profit target. Be prepared to include public sector accounts in their portfolio in an opportunity to grow this untapped market segment. Develop a Microsoft Solutions vision and strategy for the account and ensure that all activities are orchestrated towards delivering on that strategy. Understand the customer's business strategy and IT strategy. Know the key decision-makers and influencers. Understand the customers budgeting cycles. Understand what the external influences are and how to create business intelligence so that opportunities can be identified to generate solutions. This individual will need to build and maintain relationships Develop a strategy based on a Microsoft Infrastructure Optimisation (IO) maturity model. Develop specific account plans to ensure revenue growth in the Microsoft Solutions business to ensure long term, sustainable sales funnel development. Drive long term roadmaps (rolling 3 years) within their account base and drive business opportunities against the agreed roadmaps.
